STEP 1: All citizens who are already registered under the CIDCO Special Housing Scheme 2025 can now visit the official website to create a CIDCO login online.
STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the homepage of the official website they must locate and click on the option called “Create login”.
STEP 3: A registration form will appear on your desktop screen the citizen must enter all the information that is asked.
STEP 4: After entering all the details the citizens must quickly review it and click on the option “request for OTP”.
Eligibility Criteria
Before apply for the scheme check the Eligibility Criterial. If you are eligible then apply for the scheme, , applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Candidate age must be minimum 18 year old. Exceed age is not applicable.
- Their is a maximum income criteria for the people who want to apply for CIDCO Scheme
- EWS: Annual household income must not exceed ₹3,00,000.
- LIG: Annual household income must range between ₹3,00,001 and ₹6,00,000.
- Candidate/Applicants must be Indian citizens and provide a domicile certificate proving at least 15 years of residence in Maharashtra.
- Applicants must not own a house under any other government housing scheme in Maharashtra.
