LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme for those students who are economically weak and not proceed their studies. This scholarship scheme have many helpful objectives , scopes, to continue their studies and provide financial assistance to meritorious students .

The main motive of this scholarship is help for those students who are good in studies but financial weak to pursue their studies , it also help and to be awarded for studies in India in a government for private / college / university. Cover technical and vocational courses or industrial training centers affiliated with the national council for vocational training and also integrated courses after 12^th .

LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship 2025

Eligibility criteria of LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship –

Candidates who have passed their 12^th standard or its equivalent regular correspondence or diploma holders with approx. 60 % marks .
Academic year 2025 – 2026 whose parents income have annually from all sources not more than 2,50,000 per annum are eligible for this scholarship .
Candidates who have pursue their studies in the field of medical, engineering, graduation in any discipline, Diploma holders, integrated holders, correspondence holders through Government recognized colleges / university are eligible for this scholarship.
Candidates who have passed their 10^th standard or its equivalent regular correspondence or diploma holders with approx. 60 % marks in final examinations.
Academic year 2025- 2026 whose guardians have an annual income from all the sources not exceeding Rs. 2,50,000 per annum are eligible for this scholarship.
Candidates who are pursuing higher education under the government recognized college or universities or institutes or industrial training centers are eligible for this scholarship scheme.
This scholarship is not ,meant for post graduates students.

Scholar for special girl child –

This scholarship for girl child to encourage education after 10^th class for continue their higher studies in intermediate /12^th/ vocational or diploma holders through under government recognized colleges /institutes for two years ITI and passed their 10^th class examination or its equivalent grades n the academic year 2025-2026 or annual income of family from all sources not more than 2,50,000 per annum.

Time period or General amount of Scholarship –

This scholarship is provided for the entire degree or duration of the course for regular going students or full time and two years for special girl scholars, are following terms or eligibility conditions.

For selected students are given a scholarship of Rs. 20,000 per annum and this scholarship is paid to them through three installments
For selected girl child given a scholarship amount is 10,000 per annum and this scholarship is paid to them through three installments
Scholarship amount is directly transferred to scholar’s Bank account through NEFT
Selected candidate have major details like Bank account number , IFSC code, Cancelled Cheque are compulsory
The Bank Account number to which your amount will be sent should be active

Some conditions for Scholarship – a) Students who have secured and 60% marks or equivalent grades in previous final examinations and parent’s annual income not more than 2,50,000 per annum.

Relaxations –

A) If woman are widow / single mother/ unmarried income criteria from 2.5 lakh to 4 lakhs shall be granted. Selection of LIC scholar will be on the basis of merit and total percentage in 12^th or 10^th and financial status of the family and if tie of the percentage but family income is low as per given conditions shall be preference.

B) Candidates who have lateral entry in 2^nd year Engineering degree courses or take regular admission in the 1^st year of the courses after completing diploma shall be eligible for GJF scholarship and have 60% marks in the academic year .

C) Candidates who want to change their streams after selected in the scholarship criteria but the course duration is greater than the stream, such students are continue to receive scholarship only for the duration for which they are originally selected. And if students switches to stream with lesser duration of the period than scholarship will be payable for the duration of the stream with lesser.

D) Candidates who are pursuing their education from any streams, courses , correspondence, private are not eligible for this scholarship.

E) Candidates who are desirous of pursuing diploma course from any stream after 10^th will be under Special Girl Scholar or Regular scholar.

F) If candidates to have obtained a scholarship but false statements or certificates scholarship shall be cancelled and the valuable amount of the scholarship paid shall be recovered.
